Refund and Returns Policy
At PCKL DROP, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we follow a print-on-demand fulfillment model, which affects how returns and refunds are handled.
Made-to-Order Items
All of our apparel is custom printed on demand. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (misprint, damage, etc.)
Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:
- Allow 5–7 business days past the expected delivery date
- Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier
If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Failure to pick up the package
We can reship the item, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Sale & Clearance Items
All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
