All PCKL DROP shirts are printed on demand using professional direct-to-garment (DTG) printing through our fulfillment partner. This ensures vibrant prints and consistent quality.

Will the print fade or crack?

With proper care, prints hold up very well. To extend the life of your shirt:

  • Wash inside-out
  • Use cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the design

How long does it take to get my order?

Because each shirt is made just for you:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
